Your Office Space Options
These offer small to medium-sized businesses the kind of professional support that is usually only available to larger, enterprise and above-sized companies, such as cleaning, access to kitchens, meeting rooms, communal areas & free refreshments.
Serviced offices have a minimum contract length of 6 months, and are charged per desk, meaning you can grow your business at your own pace. Additionally, if you need more space temporarily, serviced offices can be expanded to suit your needs.
Leased offices are for companies of any size, who would like to both design and manage their own office space. We have a portfolio of first-tier leased office spaces in some of the most important business centres in the UK, and in some of the most iconic buildings.
Our leased offices can include add-on services like furniture leasing, insurance, cleaning, parking and facilities management.
