The Cotton Exchange opened in 1906 and was once the home to Liverpool’s thriving cotton industry. It acted as the centre of the cotton trading world, with telephones and direct cables stretching as far afield as New York, Bremen and Bombay. The building offers something different at every turn and we think that everyone can find the perfect space for them. We have created some of the city’s most innovative office spaces, using new ideas that incorporate the original features that this beautiful building has left behind. We’ve unearthed parquet flooring, original fireplaces and beautiful marble columns. Each office is unique. One of our newest creations within The Loft on the sixth floor of Cotton Exchange is our co-working space. Designed for freelancers, sole traders and start-ups, it offers all-inclusive pricing, super-fast wifi and a communal kitchen fully stocked with great coffee, tea and the occasional beer on a Friday. Our main focus is to encourage growth within the Cotton Quarter, with the option for taking anything from a single desk to a full floor.
