We offer all inclusive rent including service charge and insurance. The rental cost is determined by the size and unit requirement and will be calculated once this information has been provided.

We offer secure units that range in sizes, from 25 sq ft - 4,000 sq ft. The units are suitable for storing documents and files, products and stock, equipment, furniture, office declutter and office refurbishment.
Bruntwood customers - can take a storage unit in any building. It doesn’t have to be the one you are based in.
Non-Bruntwood customers - don’t have to have space with Bruntwood in order to take a unit. We’ll provide you with the necessary building access to gain entry to your unit.
