We're refurbishing Lancastrian, bringing brand new spaces to the building and delivering a place that is at the forefront of modern workspace.
This investment will transform the environment into a place to work, connect, and recharge, bringing you upgraded receptions, a new customer lounge, a coworking hub, serviced workspaces, and high-spec fitness facilities with cycle storage. You can also look forward to new meeting rooms, phone booths, and a landscaped roof terrace alongside updated outdoor seating and pathways.

Cafes, shopping parks, cycle routes and nearby tourist attractions - Old Trafford has you covered. Transport-wise it couldn’t be easier to get to, being located on Chester Road. This is the main arterial route in and out of Manchester city centre and the Old Trafford Metrolink is just on the other side of the cricket club.
