From workspace to whole places
Our journey began in 1976 with a single workspace in Manchester. Nearly 50 years on, Bruntwood has grown into a group with a broad ambition: to create thriving towns and cities.
Bruntwood Places is the next chapter in that story, the part of our business focused on regional workspaces and regeneration. Workspace remains at the heart of what we do, providing flexible, future-ready environments that help businesses grow.
But Bruntwood Places goes further. We create destinations that matter, places that support enterprise, spark connection and reflect the character of the communities they serve.
