In the heart of Old Trafford
Just a 10 minute Metrolink ride from the city centre, Trafford House offers an unrivalled workspace experience in Greater Manchester. Everything you need is right here – a variety of workspaces to suit all businesses, somewhere to park your car, store your bike and even shower and change after your workout in our on site fitness studio.
With one of Manchester's biggest supermarkets across the street, White City retail park five minutes walk away and Manchester United's Old Trafford right next door, you can work, shop and play at Trafford House. It's also a short 15 minute walk to MediaCity and its bustling waterside restaurants and bars. You'll also enjoy breathtaking views of the city, Old Trafford, and across to Manchester Airport and the Peak District beyond.
Situated near the main arterial route in and out of the city, Trafford House is as well-connected as its customers.
Nestled between Manchester United FC and Old Trafford Cricket Club on Chester Road, Trafford House is in an iconic location rich with culture and history. You’re never far from the action - in fact, the North side of the building gives direct visibility to the South stand of the ‘Theatre of Dreams’. Not only is White City retail park on the same street, whether you travel by Metrolink, bus, bike or car, you’re only 10 minutes from the city centre.
Founded in 2014, The United Stand is one of the fastest-growing Manchester United FC fan channels and is now the world’s leading independent channel focusing on the club. With an emphasis on giving fans a voice, from instant reactions to the latest in news, The United Stand strives to be the place to go if you love the Manchester-based football club.
The United Stand took a leased office space at Trafford House, opting to take advantage of the flexibility that Bruntwood offers. This means they were able to design and manage the space themselves all whilst we supported in whatever way necessary.
Our mural at Trafford House was installed on the back of a competition we launched in 2019 to find an artist to commemorate the centenary of votes for women. The area has a deep connection with the suffragettes and Sylvia Pankhurst, who was born just metres from Trafford House.
Artist Venessa Scott's design was chosen and is inspired by Pankhurst's legacy, the suffragette colours and the collaborative community in the Gorse Hill area. With themes of hope, positivity, growth connectivity and inspiration from industry and greenspaces, the mural reflects the principle of unity.
