We can offer office space by the square foot, but as a people-first business we’d like to think of our spaces growing and shrinking with your needs. Because of this, we offer a pay-by-desk rate with plenty of scalable price options, depending on your office type.
We do offer short term office rent. For those who need a dedicated small office space, our contracts start from 6 months. For office lease, our contracts start from 12 months, which is better suited to those seeking to find a base for their team or company. If you require something more flexible, then we do offer pay as you go desks and coworking spaces with dedicated desks, though we can’t promise you your own dedicated office space here.
As standard when you rent an office with us, regardless of whether you opt for a full-floor lease or 10 desks, you will receive access to all onsite facilities, secure parking depending on the building, 25% discount on booking any of our onsite meeting rooms, and 24-hour access to the building. Our terms remain flexible as always, and strive to accommodate all business sizes and needs in their breadth and depth.
Yes, you can spread the cost of renting an office by sharing the lease with other professionals. This is similar to our coworking space, only more selective and exclusive for those involved. If you don’t want to work in an office alone or would find it easier to share the cost, then a shared office to split with a partner would be a great fit for you. This means you’ll get a private office accessible to you and one other like minded person (of your choice, or we’ll help you find an officemate). The main differences between our serviced offices and leased offices is that our leased offices are unfurnished and therefore completely customisable. Leased offices are therefore best suited to large companies that are looking to make a home in one of our buildings or claim a regional office to operate from. You can bring your own WiFi, phone systems, branding, furniture, and technology and completely customise the space to your needs. A serviced office is furnished and ready-fitted for your team to move into immediately. They include superfast internet courtesy of bruntwood, daily cleaning, and mail handling.
