One district, two iconic buildings

At Bruntwood SciTech, we believe the most successful businesses don’t just need a desk; they need a neighbourhood that makes life easy. A place where everything you need to support your wellness and lifestyle is right on your doorstep. That is why we are thrilled to unveil the next chapter of our Innovation Birmingham campus home: the Enterprise Wharf district.

Evolving the Innovation Birmingham Campus

For years, our site has been known as the Innovation Birmingham Campus. By retiring that name, we aren’t just changing the signs on the door; we are creating a more cohesive, premium, and lifestyle-led destination. Whether you’ve been a part of our community for years or are looking for a new base in the city, we are reimagining the workday to bring everything to you.

One district, two iconic buildings

The heart of the Birmingham Knowledge Quarter is now more connected than ever. The district is now collectively known as Enterprise Wharf, anchored by two primary buildings designed to harmonise work and life:

  • EW1 (formerly Enterprise Wharf): Our smart-enabled flagship, featuring expansive floorplates and elite hosting facilities. EW1 is also home to our state-of-the-art gym and shower facilities.

  • EW2 (formerly iCentrum): The social heart of the district, offering flexible coworking and leased offices for companies of every scale. EW2 is our breakout and social centre, featuring a freshly refurbished breakout and café space.

Everything on your doorstep

Our goal is to ensure your team has every tool to flourish without ever having to leave the district.

  • Bringing light to your wellness: Forget dark basement workouts. Located in EW1, our complimentary resident gym, the largest in our portfolio, brings light and energy to your fitness routine. Train in a stunning, double-height space fully equipped with the latest gear, boasting direct canal-facing views and dedicated shower and changing facilities.

  • Refurbished café & breakout space: EW2 has been transformed into the district’s social hub. Customers and visitors can now enjoy a stylish, freshly refurbished café and breakout space for a quick morning brew, casual meetings, or a change of scenery.

  • Green space to breathe: Between our two buildings, you'll find a beautifully landscaped outdoor space. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the summer sun, take a walking meeting, or simply enjoy a moment of nature in the heart of the city. For an even more active lifestyle, you can also take advantage of a premium padel court with Padel loft space located just a 1-minute walk away.

  • The entertainment zone & rooftop: Hosting has never been more sophisticated. EW1 features a 100-capacity conference centre complete with a private bar, entertainment lounge, and a scenic rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the Birmingham skyline.

A connected community

Positioned alongside Aston University and Birmingham City University (BCU), Enterprise Wharf is the ultimate destination for growth. Our residents gain direct access to a vibrant community of over 100 high-growth scale-ups and global corporations, as well as a talent pipeline of approximately 100,000 students right on our doorstep every year.

Your easiest commute yet

A great workday starts with a seamless arrival. Enterprise Wharf is one of the most accessible locations in the city; located just off the Ring Road and Aston Expressway, you simply skip the traffic, turn left, and you're here. To make life even easier, the district features secure on-site car parking and EV charging points. If you're travelling by bus, there is a stop right on our doorstep, and it’s a pleasant, easy walk to the train stations through the Aston University campus.

The rebrand marks a new era for Birmingham’s professional community. We aren't just providing office space; we’re bringing life to work.
