Making a difference through social impact

Our Purpose - creating thriving cities - is at the heart of all we do. We are pleased to share our FY23/24 Social Impact Report, which is a snapshot of some of the impact we have created through fair and ethical employment, community engagement and sustainability.

Over the past year, we’ve focused our efforts on developing and implementing processes to better measure and monitor our impact, and to ensure it is embedded and delivered at every level of our organisation. Our colleagues have played an integral role in making this happen - from volunteering in our local communities, to improving our sustainability efforts, and beyond.

    Social Impact at Bruntwood

Social impact isn’t new to Bruntwood, and it continues to shape everything we do: as an employer; a developer and investor; partner to our customers and suppliers; and supporter of our towns, cities and communities

Our social impact informs our investment decisions, connects our colleagues' roles and responsibilites with our purpose, and supports our future strategy development.

This report takes a look at how we continue to elevate our impact through our operations and products, supporting our suppliers with their own social impact journeys, and improving our systems and processes to measure and report on the impact we make.
