Cornwall Buildings, however, does not have on-site parking, but there are plenty of nearby options, including street parking and public car parks. Absolutely. Our serviced offices are furnished as standard, the costs of which are covered in your desk rate. If you are looking for something customised to your needs such as plenty of office plants, we can accommodate this as part of our Managed offering. This means working together with our team to find the right space for you, taking into account everything from furniture to colour scheme to bring your modern office design ideas to life. If you would rather not customise your space, don’t worry - our spaces are already well equipped for you and your team.

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This offer is available to new customers only.
Requirements: To qualify, customers must provide a signed 12-month licence agreement, a completed direct debit mandate, and payment of the security deposit.
Deposit: A deposit equivalent to two months’ licence fee (including VAT) is required upon entering the agreement.
Inclusions: Licences include rent, business rates, service charges, utilities, cleaning, furniture, kitchen facilities, 300mb internet, 25% discount on Bruntwood meeting rooms, and onsite customer service/call handling.
VAT: All costs are exclusive of, but liable to, VAT.
Offer Period: Valid from 12th January 2026 to 31st March 2026. The signed agreement and deposit must be received by 31st March 2026.
Availability: Subject to availability. This offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Leased office & Lab space
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This offer is available to new customers only across all leased office and lab locations.
Lease Term: A signed lease of at least three years is required to qualify.
Covenant Check: Approval is subject to a covenant check. If net profit is less than 3x the headline rent, a deposit or guarantee may be required.
Excluded Costs: The 20% discount applies to rent only. All other payments remains payable in full, including but not limited to:
Service charges and insurance.
Business rates and utilities.
Car parking charges (where applicable).
VAT: All costs are exclusive of, but liable to, VAT.
Offer Period: Valid from 12th January 2026 to 31st March 2026. The lease must be signed before 31st March 2026.
