"It’s been just over 12 months since Bruntwood SciTech, a 50-50 joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General officially launched. The focus of our first year has been very much centred around the creation and delivery of a strong pipeline of development across our innovation districts in Manchester, Alderley Park, Leeds and Birmingham - and we have done just that. We’ve been pleased to announce the development of Citylabs 4.0, the redevelopment and expansion of Base at Manchester Science Park and the bringing forward of No 3 Circle Square in Manchester; along with the development of Enterprise Wharf in Birmingham and the creation of further lab and office space at Alderley Park.
