At Bruntwood, we provide exclusive leases for renting the unit. This means your rent is separate to your other business costs like internet, power, and water. We do this so you can handle your overheads directly without having to go through a mediatory team; everything will be in your hands to manage as you see fit so you know you’re getting the correct rates.
This depends on the unit, but for locations outside of the city centres we can offer a minimum lease for a pop-up shop of one month. The reason we don’t offer this in the city centres is because we find our retail partners usually want to stay longer due to the footfall and brand visibility. Location and unit dependent, we can be as flexible from leasing for a few weeks up to a few years.
We have units ranging from circa 200 square feet up to 20,000 sq ft. On average, our retail units are generally around 1,000 sq ft.
