We’re thrilled to announce that Dishoom is bringing its vibrant Permit Room concept to Liverpool for the very first time, right here at Exchange Court.
Inspired by the post-prohibition bars of 1960s Bombay, the Permit Room is an all-day bar-café designed for connection. Whether you’re stopping by for a morning bacon naan roll, a midday curry, or late-night cocktails and DJs, it’s going to bring a whole new energy to Dale Street.
Permit Room Liverpool officially opens its doors this March.

Sign up for a new 3 year lease agreement on any leased space at Exchange Court and enjoy 6 months rent free. A signed lease is required before the 31st December 2025 for this offer to be valid. Full Ts & Cs apply.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
To qualify for 6 months free, a signed 3 year lease (or longer) is required and with the full headline rent payable after the expiry of the 6 month rent free period.
This offer is available to new customers only.
The 6 months free is subject to a covenant check (if your net profit is less than 3x the headline rent a deposit or guarantee may be required).
All other payments due under the lease remain payable during the 6 month rent free period including but not limited to service charge, insurance, business rates, utility costs and where applicable car parking charges
All costs due under the licence will be exclusive of, but liable to, VAT.
Offer Period
This offer is valid from 7th July 2025 until 31st December 2025.
