Bruntwood has revealed more details on its wellbeing-focused development in Leeds.
New images showcase the designs for the co-working, café, communal lounge and workspace at West Village, which will be underpinned by focused business support programmes, at the city centre site, currently known as the West One Estate. Planning permission was secured last year.
West Village, which is being brought forward by Bruntwood Works, Bruntwood's workspace brand, aims to provide a connected destination for business and the community, with human-centric spaces centred around a landscaped courtyard.
The courtyard is designed to be an 'urban oasis', featuring local independent food and drink pop-ups. It will be surrounded by workspaces, including a flexible event space and a new four-storey extension wrapped in plants and wildflowers, featuring two private terraces and roof gardens.
The 229,000 sq ft site will also feature innovative lighting concepts, art installations, a fitness studio and large cycle storage facility.
It will provide space for a range of enterprises, from hot desking entrepreneurs to high growth businesses and multinational corporations.
