Across Greater Manchester we have a wide collection of rooms in a variety of locations all are equipped with Superfast Wi-Fi refreshments and large presentation screens or projectors with a dedicated team to greet you and your guests.

Atria is located just outside of Queen’s Park in Bolton, a short travel from Bolton Town Centre with 3 rooms available with capacity from a 4 person suite to the 20 person boardroom. U-shape boardroom. Queen’s Park is easily accessible on Spa Road, BL1 4AG, less than a mile from Bolton train station and bus interchange. At the South end of Greater Manchester we have Landmark House, a modern building with WiFi in all of our meeting rooms along with drink making facilities and a friendly building reception team to welcome yourself and your guests.

There are 3 available rooms at Landmark House dedicated to meetings suitable for 4, 6 and 14 people, and all have large displays for presentations. Ideally located, it’s only a five minute walk from Cheadle Hulme train station.

Our hourly rates at Atria in Bolton start from £20 for our small room up to £45 for our larger boardroom suitable for 20 visitors. Available booking windows can be from as little as 30 minutes. For those looking to hire rooms for the day our rates start at £95 for a 4 person meeting room up to £300 per day for the executive board suite.

Meeting rooms at the Landmark House site in Cheadle Hulme start from £15 per hour up to £45 p/h for our largest room. Day rates for a 2 person meeting space are £75, and the 25 seater conference room sits at just just £190 for the full day. All rooms include refreshments and AV equipment as standard.

We encourage advanced booking for all of our guests to avoid disappointment. Existing occupants may be able to book a space with one of our friendly reception team who will be as accommodating as possible to find a free meeting space.
