Why Hire a Meeting Room?

New ways of working have led to an increase in online meetings via webcam calls, and whilst these calls are an effective way of chatting to co-workers from the comfort of your own home, they can often lose the personal touch of an in-person meeting. The benefits of hiring a meeting room are great, for starters the meetings are more engaging for the present employees and can often see more effective outcomes compared to digital meetings. As well as this, you have the flexibility to pick and choose where and when you hire a meeting room, there is no commitment which allows you to explore the options available to you.

Meeting room hire is an effective, versatile way of hosting your meetings in person, and through our services, the process is straightforward and accommodating to your needs. Whether you want to host a small meeting for a few people, have an ideation session with a larger group or host a conference, our options will allow you to achieve your specific goals at a much more cost-effective price than having your own permanent room.

Hiring a Meeting Room

If you are wondering how to book a meeting room through us, then don’t worry — it’s a very simple process, simply head to our Meeting Rooms page, and explore the range of options available. Here you can see our array of stylish, accommodating rooms, starting from capacities of four, stretching to rooms that can host over 200 people. There are plenty of features for you to consider when hiring a meeting room, from simple benefits such as tea and coffee, communal kitchen areas with refreshments and snacks, to larger rooms with projectors or screens suitable for presentations. Select the room that meets your requirements and choose your selected time and date, rates for rooms vary depending on the size and facilities, but rates start as low as £15 per hour.

For flexibility, many of our rooms also offer hybrid meeting facilities such as conference phones, computers, hosting platforms such as Teams or Google Meet and a reliable internet connection, allowing those who cannot make it to dial in remotely. This way, you can boost the numbers of your meeting and accommodate those who are unable to attend in person.

We have meeting rooms based in a number of city centres, available in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
