The Graduate Scheme at Bruntwood is a unique opportunity for talented individuals to gain exposure to a range of key business disciplines in their chosen specialism.
As we mentioned earlier this week, the 18-month programme opens for applications on the 2nd February and will see successful applicants placed in a chosen area of the business, experiencing a range of specialisms within their department through quarterly rotations.
The scheme is born out of our employer brand purpose: ‘Shape Your World’, an approach that does what it says on the tin and governs everything we do as an employer. It allows colleagues at Bruntwood to take charge of their career progression, learn new skills and get real job satisfaction. Our Graduate Scheme is just one expression of this philosophy: our Real Living Wage accreditation, promotion of a diverse workforce and commitment to constantly improving learning opportunities for colleagues, make us an employer of choice within a competitive market, while putting us in an excellent position to drive up standards for employment in the wider industry and beyond.

Georgina D’Souza, a graduate on the 2019 programme who has since gone on to a permanent role as Marketing Executive at Bruntwood SciTech, said: “It’s given me an amazing opportunity to experience a variety of roles and sides of the business which has given me a really full understanding of how the business works as well as what opportunities are available to me.
“I use the knowledge I’ve gained and connections I’ve made across the business all the time as well now so this has been extremely valuable. It’s also been nice to know that there is a whole network in place for you when starting with a graduate role and a programme specifically designed to help you to thrive in your career.”
