__Eligibility __
To qualify for the three months free, a signed 12-month licence agreement is required, along with a direct debit mandate and receipt of the deposit. This offer is available to new customers only.

Eligibility
To qualify for 6 months free, a signed 3 year lease (or longer) is required and with the full headline rent payable after the expiry of the 6 month rent free period.
This offer is available to new customers only.
The 6 months free is subject to a covenant check (if your net profit is less than 3x the headline rent a deposit or guarantee may be required).
All other payments due under the lease remain payable during the 6 month rent free period including but not limited to service charge, insurance, business rates, utility costs and where applicable car parking charges
