The development features the Grade II-listed Pall Mall building, which has been updated to operate at net zero carbon in common areas, and Pinnacle - Pall Mall's next door neighbour. By retaining Pall Mall's heritage features we're preserving the cultural significance it holds to the city and bringing new life to this historic Manchester landmark.
