The Bright Building sits at the heart of Manchester Science Park, providing a state-of-the-art hub for businesses to come together, socialise, and collaborate. It’s already the home of several world-leading digital and tech businesses and is a ‘living lab’ technology testbed using a Tesla Powerpack battery to power the building.
Located next door to the University of Manchester and one of the UK’s largest NHS Trusts, the Bright Building offers affordable, high spec office space with flexible leases, as well as the support your business needs to scale and grow. A secure location, the building includes a large shared informal breakout space, meeting rooms, event space, studio gym, and an open air garden.
