We currently have 3,688 sq ft office space available in the Bright Building for medium sized or established tech or digital business looking for a world-class home or new regional hub for their business. The space comes complete with high spec Cat A & B fit out, three meeting rooms, a fitted kitchen and a breakout bleacher seat space perfect for team meetings.
Leased Offices from £26.50 per sq ft
Our flexible leased office space is ideal for those who want to design and manage their own office. Access to 1-1 business support and events also included.
Meeting rooms
2-10 people
Available from 30 minutes upwards, our three modern meeting rooms in the Bright Building can accommodate 2-10 people. All meeting rooms are equipped with state of the art AV equipment, including Cisco video conferencing technology. Our building hosts are always on hand to help, whether you would like some refreshments and hot drinks or even to order catering for your meeting. The Bright Building has stunning flexible spaces and atrium space for both formal and informal events. With natural light throughout the building, open flexible spaces, and outdoor garden space, the Bright Building is suited to a wide range of events, whether it's a conference, workshop, exhibition, creative event or even standing receptions. Our events and community team are always on hand to help you arrange the set up and logistics, and our on site building hosts will be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
