We've recently carried out extensive works, including the addition of a striking new welcome experience with added canopy and signage and updated external landscaping to introduce more biophilia to the workspace.
Internally, new coworking facilities for up to 10 people will have been added, alongside a comfortable customer lounge area providing more spaces for breakouts, small meetings or contemplation. The area also provides a tea point, phone booths and a meeting booth to provide an added layer of privacy. A new meeting room accommodating eight people has also been incorporated into the new ground floor design, serviced by upgraded toilet facilities.
Additionally, the project has delivered two newly designed suites between 300 and 400 sq ft each, providing a new flexible workspace offering for growing businesses or those looking for a smaller suburban hub to supplement their city centre offering.
In line with Bruntwood's focus on wellbeing and to promote active travel, a state-of-the-art gym, showers, changing rooms and extensive bike store have also been added to ensure a cutting-edge offering for customers.
