Velcro Companies among new arrivals at Bruntwood's Booths Park

    Four new businesses have relocated to leading property company Bruntwood’s Booths Park in Cheshire, while existing resident Fishawack is expanding on site following ongoing growth.

    Global brand Velcro Companies is joined by other new arrivals, IT managed services Company CC Engineering, lighting design and manufacturer 4lite a division of Ansell Electrical Products, and specialist engineering consultancy, Perpetual Partnerships, at the business park in Knutsford.

    Booths Park is a thriving business community of start-ups, growing businesses and established brands located in scenic historic parkland. Booths offers a varied choice of options, from virtual offices for smaller businesses or those on the move which want a recognised business address to all-inclusive serviced spaces and also larger flexible spaces for bigger organisations, all located in beautiful Cheshire parkland within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and facilities of Knutsford.

    Booths also provides conference rooms, an on-site cafe and external courtyard and public spaces for its customers.

    Velcro Companies will be basing its Regional European Office at Booths Park. The company is located to a 4,921 sq ft office which offers a Grade A, exposed scheme.

    CCE is one of the largest independent IT service and support companies in the UK and has taken a 3,020 sq ft office on the building’s first floor. The company delivers a high level of support enabling its clients’ communications and data management requirements.

    4lite, designs and manufactures high quality lighting primarily for the residential market, including indoor, outdoor and connected lighting (smart home) products and will now be located on the building’s first floor.

    Perpetual Partnerships, a group of specialist engineering businesses, delivers engineering solutions across two strategic areas; production and processes of technical fibres and oil and gas technology. The business has taken a first floor office at Booths Park No. 3.

    While global healthcare communications specialists Fishawack is expanding its existing base at the Park, into an additional 4,544 sq ft office.
