Leading property company Bruntwood Works has finished a major overhaul of its small suites and serviced office space, in its iconic building, The Plaza in Liverpool.

The upgrade to the sixth floor workspace includes expanded kitchen facilities, enhanced communal areas and a range of new collaboration and breakout spaces.

This is the latest phase in an ongoing programme of enhancements at the landmark Old Hall Street building and it has already attracted jewellery company Rich Time to the building and seen existing customer Landwood Group expanding there in recent weeks.

Businesses in serviced office space at The Plaza receive access to superfast internet, mail handling, cleaning, a bicycle store and shower room, as well as a dedicated customer events programme.

Tony Reed, head of commercial at Bruntwood Works in Liverpool, said: “Serviced space offers an ideal workspace solution for freelancers and entrepreneurs, SMEs or larger firms with project teams, looking for a flexible option but also room to grow.

“That’s why we continue to invest in our serviced space at The Plaza, which has the added value of placing businesses in an established community of businesses from the commercial and professional services sectors.

“We are confident that this new-look space raises the bar for serviced offices in Liverpool and this is reinforced by the positive response from new and prospective customers.”
