Meanwhile, Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD has opened Mill Gate’s first-ever car showroom, showcasing its latest EV models. The store has reported eight months of strong trading since launch.
Elsewhere, CEX has relocated from Princess Parade to a prominent position next to New Look, while fashion retailer Pure Ladies Boutique, also a tenant at Manchester Arndale, is set to open opposite H.Samuel, further strengthening Mill Gate’s growing style offer.
With additional lettings and announcements in the pipeline, Mill Gate’s evolution signals a renewed sense of ambition for Bury’s retail heartland.
