Leading property company Bruntwood Works has welcomed a new arrival to Didsbury Technology Park, as ITECCO Recruitment relocates to the site following sustained growth.

The recruitment specialist sources professionals within the IT and technology sectors and has taken a 3300 sq. ft office at Didsbury Technology Park, a brand new 20,000 sq. ft purpose-built office development at West Didsbury.

The development is the first phase of the 155,000 sq. ft Didsbury Technology Park development on the Siemens Campus, which will be home to some of the most exciting and ambitious science and technology companies in the UK. The park is being delivered by a strategic partnership comprised of Bruntwood, Siemens, PJ Livesey and Manchester City Council.

ITECCO Recruitment has rapidly expanded since launching in 2016. It now employs a 30-strong team and works with organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to some of the world's largest Blue Chips, connecting talented candidates with niche tech roles.

The business’ new office will see them neighbour a host of innovative companies including Siemens, Spire Manchester Hospital and The Orth Team, which operate in the science and technology sectors.

Sharon Johnson, head of commercial at Bruntwood Works, said: “Didsbury Technology Park is set to be a real hub of innovation and collaboration and a great home for some of the UK’s most disruptive and ambitious businesses, so there is a natural synergy with ITECCO Recruitment and it’s brilliant to have the business on board.

“Attracting the best talent is vital to strengthen the region’s science and tech capability and build a world-class tech sector. Companies like ITECCO are key to facilitating that recruitment journey and we’re confident they will play a valuable role in supporting our resident businesses to access the best IT tech talent out there and act as a key recruitment portal for tech businesses across the wider region.”

Connor Walsh, Managing Director, ITECCO Recruitment, said: “We are delighted that our brand new headquarters will be part of the Didsbury Technology Park. As a company, we have continued to seek out the latest technology and stimulating working environments to better progress our people, as this is what has driven our business to deliver outstanding results.

“ITECCO Recruitment has continued to invest heavily in developing every employee’s potential - whether they are a new recruit or a senior consultant. This expansion will enable ITECCO to grow even further and deliver our best-in-class recruitment solutions to every one of our clients.

“It has been a real pleasure to work alongside Bruntwood during the building process and have a key input into this development. We look forward to welcoming all clients and candidates at ITECCO’s new home.”
