Leading property developer, Bruntwood, is celebrating the opening of a comprehensive new fitness centre at its dynamic business hub, Booths Park in Knutsford.

Launching this Saturday 1 March, operator UNLTD. Fitness will offer a range of services designed to support members on their unique wellness journey, with training available to Booths Park customers and the local community.

The new 6,400 sq ft unit is situated in the 220 acres of scenic Cheshire parkland that surrounds the Park and adds to its blend of work and wellbeing spaces as part of its ongoing transformation to provide a place that truly serves local needs.

The new gym will offer a range of services designed to support members on their unique wellness journey, with functional spaces and high-quality gym equipment. Those looking to add more structure to their workouts can also choose from a number of coach-led classes such as strength and conditioning, boxing, bootcamp and HYROX.

Personal training sessions are also available, providing focused attention and customised workout plans to help members reach their fitness objectives. While those looking for a more pared-down experience can access flexible membership options such as gym facility access only.

The gym will also employ three full-time and two part-time team members, as well as up to four coaches, creating further employment opportunities in the local area.

The announcement is the latest in a string of wellbeing focused initiatives launched at Booths Park, with Bruntwood recently announcing a partnership with The Padel Club for four new courts, alongside the introduction of a Peloton studio last year.

Andy Weaver, Operations Director at Bruntwood, said: "Our vision for Booths Park is to create a space that blends life and leisure, going beyond our flexible workspace and coworking options to build a fully mixed-use community where people can live, work and play. The new fitness centre marks another string in our bow to support our customer’s – and the wider community’s – wellbeing.

“We look forward to working with the UNLTD. Fitness team to further our dedication to creating great workspaces that support a healthy work-life balance.”

Ben Morris, co-owner of  UNLTD. Fitness, said: “At UNLTD. Fitness we’re committed to creating a vibrant and inspiring environment for our members, and Booths Park is the perfect place to foster that atmosphere.

“We hope our members – whether they work in the vicinity or come from further afield – will enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings and the thriving, interconnected ecosystem of leisure and business at Booths Park.

“Our team is united by a shared commitment to creating an environment that’s as supportive and inspiring as it is effective. At UNLTD you’re not just a member, you’re part of a community driven by progress, wellness and support.”
