Yes, some of our buildings are just a stone’s throw away from key train stations for commuters. For example, offices at 111 Piccadilly are located just steps away from the station entrance, and we even have a screen in the foyer with train departures and arrivals for your ease. Circle Square and Manchester Technology Centre are positioned a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Road train station, and Blackfriars House offices are only a 10-minute walk from Manchester Victoria. This isn’t to mention, of course, the other 28 buildings dotted in and around the City Centre in Spinningfields and Piccadilly Gardens.
Yes, we offer full floor-plates at different buildings around Manchester so you can make an entire floor your new business hub. This is a great option for a growing business that is moving base to Manchester or to set up a remote regional team. As part of our serviced offices or Made and Managed package, we can even help you set up and run your office smoothly.
Our Manchester offices have some incredible features dependent on the building you choose. At Bloc, for example, you can enjoy a cinema room, a yoga studio, and an independent café onsite. Many of our buildings have onsite meeting rooms, podcast recording booths, quiet zones, and even onsite gym space.
We’ll happily discuss designing and customising your own office space. Many of our serviced office solutions come fitted with modern furniture and workstations, but we can gladly amend and design to your liking, including incorporating your brand colours and logos into the décor and furnishings.
We offer both coworking memberships and pay-as-you-go coworking prices to offer true flexibility. You can choose from half or full day rates, three-days-a-week memberships, and even dedicated desks that are yours to use 24/7 dependent on building operation times. This makes it even easier for you to work in such a thriving city.
Plenty of our buildings are dog friendly! Please doublecheck with our booking team or front of house representatives to make sure, but we even put out a jar of treats for all the furry friends.
