"Bruntwood worked with us to find an appropriate location. From identifying St James' as our building, we were in there, fully kitted out within five months which was an incredible timescale. Bruntwood’s reputation exceeded themselves."

St James’ was built on the site of the old St James’ theatre, home to the famous ‘Tiller Girls’ and their infamous dance routines. When the building was constructed, it acted as Calico Printers Association’s headquarters and boasted over 1,000 rooms and one mile of corridors.
