Part of M1

Location 61-95 Oxford Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester M1 6EG

St James' is one of the finest period properties in the city, with its seriously handsome Portland stone facade, original marble floors, moulded plaster ceilings and sculpted staircases – and all the usual facilities you’d expect from a high-end office space. That’s nine floors with a range of suites of a size that’s difficult to find in Manchester city centre, particularly in period properties. On the ground floor, you’ll find a florist, coffee shops, restaurants and salons.

"Bruntwood worked with us to find an appropriate location. From identifying St James' as our building, we were in there, fully kitted out within 5 months which was an incredible timescale. Bruntwood’s reputation exceeded themselves."

The Bruntwood Way

St James’ was built on the site of the old St James’ theatre, home to the famous ‘Tiller Girls’ and their infamous dance routines. When the building was constructed, it acted as Calico Printers Association’s headquarters and boasted over 1,000 rooms and one mile of corridors.
