The Citylabs campus has the infrastructure your business needs for building and specifying your own lab. We currently have lab space available at Citylabs 4.0 which has capability to accommodate Biosafety Levels 1 and 2 (BSL-1 and BSL-2) labs, and the upper floors can be enhanced to accommodate screeding if required.

Our dedicated account managers will work with you to identify and create the type and amount of space you need today and in the future to achieve your business goals. Access to 1-1 business support and events is also included.
Meeting rooms and event space
2 - 120 people
Available from 30 minutes upwards, our meeting rooms at Citylabs, located at Citylabs 1.0, can accommodate 2 - 40 people. AV equipment and refreshments are always provided with a 25% discount available for businesses based at any Bruntwood SciTech location. There is also a large, flexible event space for up to 120 people at Citylabs 1.0 which connects into a large open atrium space for events requiring exhibition, hospitality or break out spaces.
