National Coding Week 2019

National Coding Week is back for 2019, starting Monday 16th September, and across our cities we’ll be running events, social media competitions, Twitter & Instagram Q&A’s, and more to help raise awareness of the opportunities available to learn a new digital skill, and provide a spotlight on some of the cutting edge, sector disrupting tech businesses across the North and Midlands.

What’s going on during National Coding Week?

Social Media

Twitter and Instagram Takeover

Get to know one of the UK’s most cutting-edge tech businesses, Wattl, who have designed a revolutionary social media platform for discovering online viral videos. On Tuesday 17th ask Wattl’s Co-Founder and CEO Emma Ryan all the questions you ever wanted to know about coding, setting up a tech business, getting on the App Store, how to inspire the next generation of coders, and more.

Emma will be holding a Twitter and Instagram Q&A takeover from 12pm to 3pm. Prep your questions and get ready to ask Emma a question on Bruntwood, Manchester Science Partnerships, Circle Square, and Innovation Birmingham channels on Tuesday!

Ask Emma a question using #AskWattl:
