University Green

Retail Space Greater Manchester

Location Booth Street West, Manchester, Greater Manchester M15 6PB

Working with The University of Manchester, work is well underway on phase two of the £50 million redevelopment of Alliance Manchester Business School, now known as University Green. We’re redeveloping the old precinct centre to create 12 units of retail and leisure space – all with double-height glazed facades. And we’re refurbishing the Business School facilities to create significantly improved teaching and administrative accommodation, a new Learning Library and Enterprise Zone.

Due to open to the public later this year the most recent customers to join the University Green line up are Mowgli and Friska. They join previously announced Loungers, Takk, IUtility, Five Guys, Blackwells, Co-op, Carphone Warehouse and Pret a Manger.
