Trio of new businesses add to the mix at Bruntwood's 14 King Street

    Bruntwood has recently welcomed three new businesses to 14 King Street in the heart of Leeds city centre, while existing customer Barton Willmore has relocated within the building to a new open plan suite. 

    The new arrivals include Newcross Healthcare, which provides healthcare staff, expertise and administration services and two specialist recruitment services consultancies; TS Grale and Cameron James.

    Leading independent UK planning and design consultancy, Barton Willmore, has relocated its office space within the building following continued growth. The consultancy has moved to an open plan 1,507 sq ft office on the 1st floor with Bruntwood project managing the fit out of the space.

    The new arrivals will be neighbours to a number of high-profile corporates already resident in the building including Maples & Calder, Gatenby Sanderson, Randstad and Charles Stanley Group.

    Cameron James, which will base its new head office from 14 King Street, specialises in a diverse range of industries including accountancy, senior qualified finance, HR and training, procurement and supply chain, general insurance and financial services, from graduate to executive level. The company which is privately owned and operates across the UK, with another office in London, has taken 1,322 sq ft on the 3rd floor. Its clients range from small start-up companies to FTSE 100 & 250 businesses.

    Executive and leadership search specialists, TS Grale, has also opened a new head office in the building, taking a 690 sq ft suite on the first floor. The company provides personalised, comprehensive recruitment services for senior and executive management on both a permanent and interim management basis. Its clients vary in size from global multi-nationals and plcs to smaller entrepreneurial and localised businesses. The business focuses on manufacturing, industrial, and consumer markets.

    Newcross Healthcare is an independent organisation that provides high quality nurses, carers and support workers to residential nursing care homes within Leeds and throughout the Yorkshire region. Since 1996, Newcross has been providing highly qualified and compassionate healthcare staff through their network of 64 branches across the UK. The company offers highly trained staff, clinical expertise and administrative support to help care for sick and vulnerable people. The business will be operating from a 1,007 sq ft suite on the building’s third floor.
