Centre City hits 100% occupancy with SocialSignIn deal


Commercial property company, Bruntwood, is celebrating 100% occupancy at its Centre City development, following a new deal with one of Birmingham’s most dynamic tech startups, SocialSignIn.

It is the first time the 20-storey building on Hill Street has been fully occupied since it was purchased by Bruntwood in 2012.

The deal with SocialSignIn will see the 30-strong team, whose client portfolio includes Silverstone, Match.com, National Express and The FCA, take over 1,900 sq. ft. of office space, three times larger than their previous premises.

Stuart Banbery, marketing manager at SocialSignIn, said: “ To continue to offer the most complete social media management platform, underpinned by real-time support – we needed a new location that could support our rapid growth over the years to come.

“Centre City provides us with a vibrant new home right on the doorstep of the thriving Grand Central development. We are now proud to invite global clients to our offices and we look forward to growing our operations here.”

Commenting on the deal, Rob Valentine, head of Bruntwood Birmingham office, said: “We are delighted to have SocialSignIn at Centre City and we look forward to seeing them grow and succeed in their new home.”
