Specialist presentation design agency, Buffalo 7, has taken 5,157 sq ft of office space in ‘The Treehouse’ located at 127 Portland Street, part of Bruntwood’s 'West Village' – a four-building strong community of like-minded businesses from the media, PR, digital and creative industries.
With a stunning treehouse centrepiece at its heart, Buffalo 7’s new office is one of the most unique in Manchester, split over two floors with the benefit of high ceilings, wooden timber beams, original sash windows and wooden floorboards. Buffalo 7 have incorporated their own design identity into the suite, investing over £100,000 in their fit-out to make it a contemporary, energetic and creative space in which they can work.
Founded in 2009, Buffalo 7 works with a vast array of clients to design and create impactful PowerPoint presentations and has now grown to a 31-strong team.
Lyndon Nicholson, CEO of Buffalo 7, said: “After years of continued growth we are recognised as one of the UK’s leading specialist presentation design agencies. To support our continued expansion we wanted an office space that would inspire our talented team.
“The Treehouse does exactly that and offers the ideal workspace for us to focus on collaboration, which is key for us as a creative business. We also have room to grow and have hired six more team members since moving here.”
Bradley Topps, Head of Transactions and Asset Management at Bruntwood said: “We welcome Buffalo 7 to the West Village community and are confident that The Treehouse will provide them with the best environment to grow and develop their business.
“Across the city, we have an extensive portfolio of contemporary workspaces that facilitate productivity and employee well-being. Our recent property modernisations, such as Neo, Union and now 127 Portland Street, are setting a new standard in customer-focused, collaborative workspace.”
