Family owned commercial property company Bruntwood working in partnership with Refractiv has developed Databox, a new correspondence management app.
Underpinned by Refractiv’s OverDRIVE enterprise content management system, Databox enables Bruntwood’s 650 staff to tag and archive their emails from within Gmail by adding labels and categories.
“Having all our correspondence regarding properties, customers, leases, suppliers and projects stored in one location provides the teams with easy and searchable access to those emails and documents that are important to our business.” Sam Wilson, Systems Architect at Bruntwood.
Bruntwood’s staff are able to search using keywords to find any information that has been filed by others within the company meaning that key correspondence is no longer lost in personal inboxes.
Bruntwood’s focus on customer service has benefitted from the introduction of DataBox as all customer communications are now centrally filed whether they are concerning sales, facilities management, legal issues or billing. The entire customer journey is captured and vital documents are accessible allowing us to respond quickly.
