With the lockdown easing up over the next few weeks, Bruntwood Works has seen a pick up in demand for office tours, be that virtual or in person. While this is great news, and signifies a return to some of the normality that we are all craving, our number one priority is that everyone involved feels safe and comfortable, and that we conduct our business in a responsible way.

We’re still waiting on official government guidance on how to conduct commercial viewings, but for now we can take a page from the residential sector, and the recent guidelines they’ve been issued.

Having studied the residential guidelines, we’ve revised and adapted them to reflect our business, allowing our commercial team to take customers on office tours in a safe and responsible way.

We’ve put together a few pointer to help our customers understand how we’ll be taking office viewings as lockdown begins to lift:

    1. In the first instance, we’re encouraging customers to take a virtual tour of their chosen building. We have plenty of options, and this gives you the chance to view as many of our buildings as you like, before moving on to a physical viewing. New to virtual tours? Get started by taking a 360 look at the ground floor of our brand new Pioneer building, Blackfriars by clicking

    2. If you’ve booked a physical viewing, but are beginning to show symptoms of coronavirus, please delay and we can reschedule at a later date

    3. For the safety of all involved, customers must fill out a short survey to confirm that they are not showing symptoms and have not been required to self isolate. Customers must also confirm that they have read and understood our guidelines

    4. All physical viewings should be limited to members of the same household if possible

    5. When viewing a property, customers should wash their hands with soap and water, or use hand sanitiser, as soon as they enter the building, and avoid touching surfaces. We ask that you do the same after the viewing is completed. Bruntwood Works will provide sanitiser in the reception of all buildings

We hope that helps you to understand how Bruntwood Works are delivering safe and comfortable viewings but if you’ve got any further questions, or you are interested in booking a virtual or physical viewing, please contact our sales team who are ready and waiting to help you with your office space search.
