Rents are £27psf and lease terms will be minimum 3 years for suite sub 3k sq ft with larger suite minimum 5 years.
Yes, all suites can be customised to reflect individual customer brands and design principles.
Service charge is £7.06psf and other costs such as electricity, cleaning etc for the suite are down to the customer.
The reception will have a full time reception 8-5pm Monday to Friday with a fob access security gate separating the reception from the rest of the building. Additionally, individual suites will have access control set-up by each customer.
