Workspace at Cornwall Buildings start from a one person hot desk for £195 per month up to a private serviced office accommodating two to twenty people. All our spaces come with fixed, transparent costs and flexible arrangements meaning you can expand your space as your business grows.  

Neighbours at Cornwall Buildings include KPMG, Allied Irish Bank, DWF and PwC, plus Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill stations are both within a 5-minute walk.

Meeting room facilities

Our on-site suite of meeting rooms provide a welcoming and professional setting for a range of events and are available to book whether you are a Cornwall Buildings customer or not. The rooms can accommodate up to 20 people and our customer service team will be on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and AV equipment and you’ll receive complementary refreshments and delegate stationary with every booking. Catering can also be arranged with a choice of breakfasts, cold buffets and hot food.
