We have two great buildings where we offer coworking spaces either by membership or by day rates, and these are Trafford House in Manchester by the famous Old Trafford football ground and Foundation in Altrincham. Both offer the convenience of providing a professional coworking space outside of the city centre, meaning if you prefer to work closer to home than the city you have plenty of options to.

Bruntwood offers offices around Stockport in Cheadle and Cheadle Hulme for those who don’t want to commute into the city or even the town centre to still find secure work spaces. These properties both offer office leasing for teams and businesses, with Landmark in Cheadle Hulme also offering breakout areas and meeting rooms for amplified collaboration.

These differ from building to building, but largely you can expect brilliant benefits like the fully-equipped modern gym at Foundation, freshly refurbished spaces and suites at Station House, bike racks and even on-site parking. As well as this, our Greater Manchester office buildings are flooded with natural light and plenty of greenery to soften the edges of your workday.

Depending on your needs, we can almost guarantee we have an office space for you. For a large business, regional arm, or a national headquarters, we have a huge 2,754 x 50,708 feet floorplates at Foundation in Altrincham that would make a fantastic home for a scale-up. At Station House, however, this smaller yet still sophisticated office space can seat up to 80 people, measuring at 805 x 7,715 square feet and Marsland in Sale can home a further 50 people at 658 x 4,736 square feet.
