Customer stories: Hilson Moran


Back in July last year, the Hilson Moran team officially relocated to Neo, in the heart of Manchester city centre. This year, their Neo office was awarded the first UK WELL Certified™ Gold rating outside of London, as well as the Innovative Design award from BCO.

With a commitment to health and wellbeing within workspaces, Hilson Moran worked with interior architects SpaceInvader and contractors, Dragonfly, to meet the building performance standard needed to become one of a small number of firms to receive the certification in the UK.

In our latest customer story video, we spoke to the team at Hilson Moran to find out more about how they work with companies across the UK to provide creative and innovative design solutions and engineering services, to offer the best from the built environment.

As an international, multi-disciplinary practice, Hilson Moran has over 40 years of successful delivery. Through continuous investment in research and development, as well as emerging technologies, the company has been able to stay ahead of the curve to ensure they are consistently providing the best service for their clients.

One year after moving into the building, now seemed like the perfect time to catch up with Hilson Moran to find out how being based at Neo has benefited their business. With a mix of spaces across the building, the team has embraced the change it has brought to their way of working. With different types of spaces throughout the building, the team are able to be flexible with where they work, collaborate better as a team and work in a healthy environment which suits them.
